training to become mentors and support novice teachers.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Novice Early Year Teachers (Mentees): Novice teachers with less than 5 years of experience who will be matched with mentors for guidance and support in improving their teaching skills.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Academic Members: Academic members who will design the online modules for the e-mentorship program and monitor interactions between mentors and mentees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Indirect Target Groups<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Early Year Students (Ages 3-6): Young children from disadvantaged communities who will indirectly benefit from the project as the quality of teaching and learning improves through
